When you apply for an internship, request a certificate, or contact us, we collect the information you submit: full name, email, phone number, college/course details, skills, portfolio links, resume link, and your message or application details.
We use this information solely to process your internship application, verify certificate requests, respond to your queries, and communicate program updates (such as payment instructions and application status). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Internship fee payments are made directly by you via UPI to our published UPI ID. We do not collect or store any card, bank, or UPI credential details on this website — payment confirmation happens by you emailing us a screenshot, which our team manually verifies.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and may use analytics/advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel) to understand site usage and measure how visitors found us. We store campaign attribution data (such as UTM parameters and click IDs) in your browser's local storage so we can understand which marketing channel led to an application — this data is not linked to your identity unless you submit a form.
Application and certificate data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and is accessible only to authorized program managers. We use a third-party email service (Resend) solely to deliver transactional emails such as application confirmations and certificates.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at internship@brandmakingtractor.com.
